The person behind Digitrie

I’m Krzysztof — a data architect who’s spent over a decade doing the two things most people in this field pick one of: setting the strategy, and writing the code that makes it real.

I’ve sat in boardrooms making the case for a platform rebuild, and I’ve sat in the terminal shipping the migration that made it true. Most consultants stop at the deck. I don’t — mostly because I genuinely like writing code, and a strategy I haven’t tested against a real pipeline is just an opinion.

Outside client work, I run my own homelab and self-hosted infrastructure — not because I have to, but because staying hands-on with real systems is the only way I trust my own judgment when I’m advising someone else’s.

Digitrie is built around one idea: you shouldn’t have to choose between someone who can run the architecture conversation and someone who can actually build the thing.
